Head of Sales (Growth)

As the Head of Growth, you will report to the CEO and work with the Culinary, Operations and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for The Town Kitchen’s overall growth strategy and execution of this strategy.

You will work with and support the Growth and Marketing teams while ensuring that growth strategy is fully operational, processes are running smoothly and targets are being met/ exceeded. You will create a welcoming, collaborative and team win focused community environment while demonstrating and upholding our company core values.


Growth Development Representative

In this role, you’ll build and improve our growth pipeline by nurturing new and existing business opportunities with partners. Your day to day responsibilities will also play an important role in supporting our workforce to enable them to level up professionally and economically within our organization or beyond.

Order Specialist

The Order Specialist (OS) is the second interaction our clients and community members have with TTK-and sometimes the first! As the OS, your role is to deliver a consistently excellent experience for all our clients. Whether it is a lunch box delivery to a small office of 25 people or setting up a Hot Lunch for one of our larger contracts of over 100 people, every client deserves to receive your undivided attention, that means refraining from any of the aforementioned unacceptable behavior.
